SkeuoStudio (“we,” “our,” or “us”) operates Speck Launcher, an Android launcher application (the “App”). This Privacy Policy explains how Speck Launcher handles information when you use the App.
Speck Launcher is designed to operate primarily on your Android device. We respect your privacy and do not intentionally collect, sell, or share your personal information with third parties for advertising or other unrelated purposes.

This information is primarily processed locally on your device to provide the functionality of Speck Launcher.
Speck Launcher may request certain Android permissions depending on the features provided by the App.
Speck Launcher may request access to images on your device when necessary for features such as viewing, selecting, or setting wallpapers.
If the App uses Android's media permissions, access is limited to providing the functionality selected by the user. Images are accessed when you choose to browse or select them through the App.
If Speck Launcher provides notification-related functionality, the App may request notification access or other applicable Android permissions.
Notification information is used only to provide the notification functionality of the launcher, such as displaying notifications within the launcher interface.
You can control notification permissions through your Android device's system settings.
As an Android launcher, Speck Launcher may access information about applications installed on your device. This is necessary to display applications in the launcher, create shortcuts, launch applications, and provide application-management functionality.
Speck Launcher does not use this information to create advertising profiles or sell information about your installed applications.
Information accessed by Speck Launcher is used only as necessary to operate and improve the App's functionality, including:

Providing the Speck Launcher home screen and launcher experience

Applying wallpapers and user-selected visual settings

Scaling the interface appropriately across different Android devices and screen sizes

Speck Launcher does not intentionally collect personal information for advertising purposes.
SkeuoStudio does not sell, rent, or intentionally share your personal information with third parties.
Information processed locally by Speck Launcher remains on your device unless you independently choose to share it through another application or Android system feature.
Speck Launcher does not use personal information for targeted advertising.
Speck Launcher is designed to process most information locally on your Android device.
Launcher preferences, settings, wallpaper selections, and other configuration information may be stored locally on your device so that the App can remember your preferences.
SkeuoStudio does not maintain a separate server-based database containing your personal information through Speck Launcher.
If you uninstall Speck Launcher, locally stored application data may be removed according to Android's standard application-data management behavior.
We take reasonable measures to protect information processed by Speck Launcher.
Because the App primarily processes information locally on your device, much of the information used by the App does not need to be transmitted to SkeuoStudio.
However, no method of electronic storage or transmission can be guaranteed to be completely secure.
Speck Launcher is not specifically directed toward children under the age of 13.
We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13 through the App.

Speck Launcher may provide functionality that allows you to launch or interact with other applications installed on your Android device.
When you open a third-party application through Speck Launcher, that application operates according to its own privacy policy and terms of service.
