Notes Notebook Notepad ("we," "our," or "us") operates the Launcher iOS16 - iOS Themes (the "App").   • App Usage Data: We may collect anonymized app usage data, such as which features are used and how often, to improve the App. This data is collected through third-party services like Firebase Analytics and does not personally identify you.

  • Device Information: We may collect information about the device you use to access the App, such as hardware model, operating system version, and unique device identifiers. This data helps improve the performance and compatibility of the App.

2. Data Storage and Security

All data related to your theme preferences, icon arrangements, and widget configurations is stored locally on your device. We do not upload or store this data on external servers. Any analytics data collected through third-party services (e.g., Firebase) is anonymized to protect your privacy.

We implement appropriate security measures to protect your data, including encryption and regular security checks. However, please note that no method of electronic data storage or transmission over the internet is 100% secure.

3. Payment Terms

  • In-App Purchases: No In-App Purchases have been added to the App as of now, but we may add it in future.

4. Cookies

The App itself does not use cookies, but third-party services like Google AdMob or Firebase Analytics may use cookies to collect anonymized information. You can manage cookies through your browser or device settings.

5. Third-Party Services

  • Google Ads: We use Google AdMob to display ads in the App. AdMob may collect data to serve personalized ads, including device identifiers, usage data, and location (if permitted). You may adjust your ad
    preferences in the device settings. 


  • Firebase Analytics: We use Firebase to collect unidentified app usage data, such as feature engagement and crash reports, to improve the App's performance. This data does not personally identify you. 


  • Room Db: We use RoomDB("androidx.room:room") to store and manage data locally on your device. This does not store or transmit your data to any third parties.


  • Sdp & Ssp: We use Sdp("com.intuit.sdp:sdp-android") and Ssp(“com.intuit.ssp:ssp-android”) to manage responsive and flexible user interfaces across different device ratios and sizes. 


  • Glide: We use Glide("com.github.bumptech.glide:glide") to display any images/media within the App efficiently. 


  • SplashScreen: We use SplashScreen("androidx.core:core-splashscreen") to display the default splash screen above android 12.


  • Play Update: We use Play Update("com.google.android.play:app-update") to notify users about a new update.


  • IAP: We use IAP("com.github.akshaaatt:Google-IAP") to manage in-app purchases.


  • Dexter: We use Dexter("com.karumi:dexter") to manage run time permissions.


  • Lottie: We use Lottie("com.airbnb.android:lottie") to show animations in our app.


  • RootBeer: We use RootBeer("com.scottyab:rootbeer-lib") to check if a device is rooted or not.


  • Shimmer: We use Shimmer("com.facebook.shimmer:shimmer") to show a shimmering layout.


  • Retrofit & Okhttp: We use Retrofit("com.squareup.retrofit2:retrofit") and Okhttp(“com.squareup.okhttp3:okhttp”) to manage network calls.


  • Hilt: We use Hilt("com.google.dagger:hilt-android") to make singleton classes and code simplicity.


  • locale-helper-android: Simplifies handling locale changes in Android apps, enabling dynamic language switching without restarting the app.


  • EventBus: We use EventBus("org.greenrobot:eventbus") to send events and data within the App efficiently.


  • Multidex: Used to enable multidex support in Android apps that exceed the 64K method limit, allowing them to split into multiple DEX files for proper functionality.


  • BaseRecyclerViewAdapterHelper: Used for simplifying the creation of RecyclerView adapters with features like item click events, animations, and data binding.


  • RoundedImageView: Provides a customizable ImageView that supports rounded corners, circular images, and borders, making it easy to add these effects to images.


  • Android-Indefinite-Pager-Indicator: Used for adding an infinite pager indicator to ViewPager or ViewPager2, providing smooth and seamless pagination feedback to users.

  • Gson: We use Gson("com.google.code.gson:gson") for data conversion and management within the app.


  • String Obfuscation: We use io.michaelrocks.paranoid to secure and obfuscate strings and texts used within The App for enhanced data and code security.

Our Service may contain links to other websites that are not operated by Us. If You click on a third-party link, You will be directed to that third party's site. We strongly advise You to review the Privacy Policy of every site You visit.

We have no control over and assume no responsibility for the content, privacy policies, or practices of any third-party sites or services.

The Company will disclose and deliver the required information free of charge within 45 days of receiving Your verifiable request. The time period to provide the required information may be extended once by an additional 45 days when reasonable necessary and with prior notice.

  • Notification Access: The app may utilize the POST_NOTIFICATIONS permission to send notifications related to relevant app updates. These notifications are solely for the purpose of enhancing your user experience within the app.

8. Data Retention and Deletion

All Application data is stored locally on your device. If you delete the App, all locally stored data will be deleted from your device. Any data collected by third-party services is subject to their data retention policies.

The App is not intended for use by children under the age of 13. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children. If you are a parent or guardian and believe that your child has provided us with personal information, please contact us so we can delete such information.
