I came up with the original design for Claudio in high school. Originally, he was part of a duo, Claudio and Kohaku. His last name was Blanche originally, but I don't like it anymore, so please just call him Claudio (He's better suited to be a one-namer, like Pink the singer, Tarzan of the apes, or Bozo the clown).
