This Privacy Policy explains how Latrat Properties ("we," "our," or "us") collects, uses, discloses, and protects your personal information when you use our mobile application and related web services. By using Latrat Properties, you agree to the collection and use of information in accordance with this policy.
1. Information We Collect
We collect several types of information to provide and improve our real estate management services:
Personal Identity & Account Information: When you create an account, we collect your name, email address, phone number, and authentication credentials via Firebase Authentication.
Property & Listing Data: Information related to real estate listings, including property descriptions, rental or sale prices, addresses, property photos uploaded to Firebase Storage, and user inquiries submitted via Cloud Firestore.
Usage & Technical Data: IP addresses, device identifiers, app usage statistics, operating system details, and system crash reports collected automatically when accessing our services.
2. How We Use Your Information
We process user data strictly for necessary operational and legal purposes:
To create, maintain, and authenticate your user account.
To facilitate property management, property listings, and buyer/tenant inquiries.
To store app media (such as property images) securely on Google Firebase infrastructure.
To comply with Google Play Developer policies, legal obligations, and fraud prevention measures.
3. Third-Party Service Providers
We share data with trusted third-party cloud service providers solely to host, run, and support the application. These services process data according to their own privacy guidelines:
Google Firebase (Authentication, Cloud Firestore, Firebase Storage): Used for managing user logins, real estate database records, and property image uploads.
GitHub & Vercel: Used for technical deployment and web hosting infrastructure.
We do not sell, rent, or trade your personal information to third-party advertisers or data brokers.
4. Data Retention & Account Deletion Policy
We retain your personal information only for as long as necessary to fulfill the purposes outlined in this policy or to comply with legal requirements.
Requesting Account & Data Deletion:
In compliance with Google Play Store policies, you have the right to request the deletion of your account and all associated data at any time.
In-App Deletion: Navigate to Settings > Account > Delete Account within the Latrat Properties mobile app.
Web-Based Deletion Request: If you cannot access the app, you can request full account and data deletion by sending an email with your registered account details to support@latratproperties.com.
 Upon receiving a valid request, all primary account data, active property listings, and stored photos will be permanently deleted from our databases within 30 days, unless retention is required for legal compliance or fraud prevention.
5. Security Measures
We implement industry-standard administrative and technical security measures, including SSL/TLS encryption in transit and Firebase Security Rules at rest, to protect your personal data against unauthorized access, disclosure, or alteration.
6. Children's Privacy
Latrat Properties is intended for adult users seeking property management or real estate services. We do not knowingly collect personal identifiable information from children under 13.
7. Changes to This Privacy Policy
We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. We will notify users of any changes by updating the "Last Updated" date at the top of this policy page.
