The Latkar Panchang App is owned and managed by Microtech Solutions ("we", "our", or "us").
If you do not agree with these Terms & Conditions, you should not use the App.
The Latkar Panchang App provides users with access to Panchang-related information, content, services, features, and other functionality made available through the application.
Features and services may be modified, updated, added, or removed from time to time.
Certain features of the App may require user registration.
Users may be required to provide information including:

Email Address
Mobile Number
Address
Users agree to provide accurate, complete, and up-to-date information.
Microtech Solutions reserves the right to restrict, suspend, or terminate access where information is found to be false, misleading, fraudulent, or otherwise inappropriate.

Users are responsible for activities performed through their accounts.

Payments may be processed through Razorpay and other authorized payment methods available through the payment process.
By making a payment, you agree that:
Payment information may be processed by Razorpay and the relevant payment provider.
You must provide accurate payment and transaction information.
You must be legally authorized to use the selected payment method.
Microtech Solutions does not control banking systems or third-party payment networks.
Payment processing may be subject to additional terms and policies of Razorpay and the respective payment providers.
Microtech Solutions does not intentionally collect or store sensitive information such as complete card details, CVV numbers, banking passwords, or UPI PINs.
Where applicable, successful payment may be required before access to certain paid services, subscriptions, products, or features is provided.
Service activation may depend on successful confirmation of payment.
Users should retain transaction information and payment confirmations for their records.
Any applicable cancellation, refund, subscription, or renewal policies will be communicated through the App or relevant service information where required.
Users are responsible for ensuring that information provided to the App is accurate and current.
Microtech Solutions is not responsible for issues arising from inaccurate or outdated information provided by users.
All application content, branding, logos, software, designs, text, graphics, features, and materials associated with the Latkar Panchang App are owned by or licensed to Microtech Solutions, unless otherwise stated.
Users may not:
Copy or reproduce App content without permission
Modify or reverse engineer the App except where permitted by applicable law
Distribute proprietary materials without authorization
Use the branding or intellectual property of Microtech Solutions without permission
Users must not:
Violate applicable laws or regulations
Provide false or misleading information
Attempt unauthorized access to the App or its systems
Interfere with App security or functionality
Upload or distribute malware or malicious software
Impersonate another person or organization
Engage in fraudulent activities
Misuse payment services
Attempt to manipulate transactions or payment systems
Use the App in a manner that harms Microtech Solutions or other users
Microtech Solutions reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or terminate user access where a user:
Violates these Terms & Conditions
Provides false information
Engages in fraudulent activity
Misuses payment systems
Attempts unauthorized access
Uses the App unlawfully
Engages in activity that may harm the App, its users, or Microtech Solutions
Where reasonably possible, actions may be taken in accordance with applicable laws and service requirements.
The App may integrate with or provide access to third-party services, including:
Razorpay
Banking or payment service providers
External websites
Other technology and service providers
Microtech Solutions does not control third-party services and is not responsible for their availability, content, security, privacy practices, or policies.
Use of third-party services may be subject to separate terms and conditions.
The Latkar Panchang App is provided on an "as available" basis.
While Microtech Solutions makes reasonable efforts to maintain the functionality of the App, we do not guarantee that the App will always operate without interruption, errors, or technical issues.
To the extent permitted by applicable law, Microtech Solutions shall not be responsible for:
Service interruptions
Technical failures beyond reasonable control
Losses resulting from unauthorized account access caused by user negligence
Third-party service interruptions
Payment provider or banking system issues
External website content
Indirect or consequential losses
Nothing in these Terms is intended to exclude liability where such exclusion is not permitted by applicable law.
Microtech Solutions may modify, update, suspend, or discontinue any part of the Latkar Panchang App or its services when reasonably necessary.
We may also update features, payment processes, security measures, and technical requirements.
These Terms & Conditions may be updated periodically.
The latest version will be published through the relevant application or website page.
Continued use of the App after updated Terms become effective may constitute acceptance of the revised Terms.
These Terms & Conditions shall be governed by and interpreted in accordance with the applicable laws of India.
Any disputes shall be subject to the jurisdiction of the appropriate courts, subject to applicable laws.
