Welcome to LaTex (discord bot) ("we," "our," or "us"). By accessing or using our Discord bot ("Service"), you agree to comply with and be bound by the following Terms of Service ("Terms"). We want everyone to enjoy the bot, so please use it responsibly. When interacting with the bot, you agree not to:
Overload the Bot: Do not send excessive requests or commands that could disrupt the bot’s performance or availability. This includes spamming commands or using automated scripts to interact with the bot.
Generate Extremely Large TikZ Documents: Avoid creating excessively large TikZ (TikZ is a LaTeX package for creating graphics programmatically) documents that may cause performance issues or strain the bot’s resources.
Add Malware: Do not attempt to introduce, distribute, or promote malware, viruses, or any other malicious code through the bot. This includes sharing malicious links or files via bot commands.
Violate Discord’s Terms: Ensure that your use of the bot complies with Discord’s Terms of Service and Community Guidelines.
3. Termination
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your access to the Service, without prior notice or liability, for any reason, including if you breach these Terms. Upon termination, all rights granted to you under these Terms will immediately cease.
4. Disclaimers
"As Is" Service: We provide this bot "as is" without any warranties. We don't guarantee that it will always be error-free or perfectly accurate.
Bot Availability: While we strive to maintain continuous operation of the Service, we do not guarantee that the bot will always be available. The Service may experience downtime from time to time due to maintenance, updates, or unforeseen issues.

The LaTeX bot is designed to respect your privacy. We do not collect, store, or process any personal data whatsoever. Specifically, we do not:
Save, log, or monitor your messages or server conversations.
Collect personal identifiers, such as your name or email address.
Access or store any private data from your Discord account or servers.
Use trackers, cookies, or any other data-collection technologies.
3. Data Usage
Because we do not collect any data, there is absolutely no user information for us to use. The bot simply processes your commands in real-time to generate your LaTeX outputs and immediately forgets them.
4. Data Sharing
Since we do not collect or store your information, we have nothing to share, sell, or disclose to third parties. Your interactions with the bot remain 100% private.
