• In-person Sign-ups start at 8:30pm and show starts at 9:00 PM and mic runs from 9:00 -12:00 AM every Last Thursdays (except August, due to Hip Hop Week, It Is Aug 21st)

• 10 Adv Sign Ups get a reserved spot, but everyone must sign up in person to secure a time slot. In-person sign-ups (10+) open at 8:30 PM, first come, first served.

• Age Policy: 21+

• How long are set times? Each performer may perform up to two songs, with a maximum of 4 minutes per song. Total set time of 8mins.

• All sign ups after 11:45PM may be subject to 1 song only due to time constraints

• No soundcheck is available for open mic performers.

• If you need to cancel your performance after signing up In Advance, please email us at latelyricspdx@gmail.com with the subject line: CANCEL - [Stage Name] - [Event Date].

• What happens if I’m late to my performance slot?  You will be skipped and moved to the end of the list, but if are arriving close to your set time we will squeeze you in, if you notify us by email at latelyricspdx@gmail.com with the subject line: LATE - [Stage Name] - [Event Date].

• Time slots are subject to availability, so be sure to sign up early to secure your spot!
