Well, here’s to a snippet of me in a nutshell! A Chicago native -- currently based in Beverly Hills, California covering television, film, music, sports, and awards. My work has appeared via www.goldderby.com (Hollywood predictions website owned by Penske Media Corporation), Blavity, Travel Noire, Afrotech, Opaque Magazine, 21Ninety, Being Single Magazine and Bronze Magazine. By nature, I love a great panel discussion or fireside chat so of course I’ve moderated and appeared on panels: TBWA/Chiat/Day-Black at Cannes and AAFCA/BET+/AWD-International Women’s Month and various podcast shows.
Now yes…. I am passionate when it comes to hosting candid, purposeful conversations but I excel at other media work, too - public relations, social media, marketing, sports and ad sales. My career in media & entertainment jumpstarted in my hometown at iHeart Media – yes, I’m a music-head and love me some good tunes! I’m a perky perfectionist who loves to collaborate with other creatives.
