• Repairs are subject to technician availability and part accessibility.

• Some complex repairs may require towing to a facility (additional charges apply).

2. Customer Responsibilities

2.1 Accurate Information
You must provide correct vehicle details, location, and contact information for service dispatch.

2.2 Safety & Access

• Ensure the repair site is safe and accessible for our technicians.

• You are responsible for securing permits if repairs occur in restricted areas.

3. Pricing & Payments

3.1 Service Fees

• Quotes are provided before work begins but may change if additional issues are discovered.

• Payment is due upon service completion (cash, credit/debit cards, or approved fleet accounts).

3.2 Late Payments
Unpaid invoices may incur a 5% monthly late fee or collection actions.

4. Warranties & Liabilities

4.1 Repair Guarantee

• Parts and labor are covered under manufacturer/service warranties (terms vary).

• Warranty voids if unauthorized modifications are made post-repair.

4.2 Limitation of Liability
We are not liable for:

• Indirect damages (e.g., lost revenue) from breakdowns.

• Pre-existing conditions unrelated to our repairs.

5. Cancellations & Refunds

5.1 Cancellation Policy

• No charge if canceled 1+ hour before technician dispatch.

• Late cancellations may incur a $50 trip fee.

5.2 Refunds

• Approved refunds are processed within 7–10 business days.

6. Intellectual Property

• Our logo, website content, and materials are owned by Las Vegas Mobile Semi Repair.

• Unauthorized use is prohibited.

7. Governing Law

These terms are governed by Nevada state laws. Disputes will be resolved in Clark County courts.
