1. Introduction

Last Spark: Logic Puzzle (the “App”) is developed and provided by Argprom (“Developer,” “we,” “us,” or “our”).

This Privacy Policy explains how information is handled when you install and use the App.

The current version of the App is designed to work offline and does not require users to create an account or provide personal information.

2. Privacy Summary

In the current version of the App, we do not:

• collect personal or sensitive user data;

• transmit gameplay information to our servers;

• create user accounts or profiles;

• use analytics or tracking services;

• display advertisements;

• process in-app purchases or subscriptions;

• access advertising identifiers;

• sell, rent, or share user information with third parties.

We do not operate a server or online database that stores information about App users.

3. Information Stored Locally

The App stores limited gameplay information locally on the user’s device. This information may include:

• completed levels and gameplay progress;

• stars and puzzle results;

• daily-puzzle results;

• game settings;

• sound and visual settings;

• language settings;

• accessibility preferences.

This information is used only to provide the App’s gameplay and settings features.

The App does not send this locally stored information to the Developer or to third-party servers. We cannot view, retrieve, or remotely access this information.

4. Local Data Retention and Deletion

Local gameplay information remains on the user’s device until the user:

• uses an available in-app reset option;

• clears the App’s data through Android device settings; or

• uninstalls the App.

Because the App does not create user accounts or store information on our servers, there is no online account or server-side user data that must be submitted for deletion.

Depending on the user’s Android settings, device manufacturer, and operating-system configuration, Android or another device-level service may back up or transfer some local App data. Such backup or device-transfer functionality is provided independently by the operating system or device provider. We do not control or have access to those backups.

5. Personal and Sensitive Information

The current version of the App does not request, collect, or transmit:

• names, email addresses, phone numbers, or postal addresses;

• account credentials;

• precise or approximate location;

• contacts;

• photos, videos, or audio recordings;

• camera or microphone data;

• files from shared device storage;

• health or fitness information;

• financial or payment information;

• SMS or messaging information;

• call logs;

• browsing history;

• installed-app information;

• Android Advertising ID or similar advertising identifiers.

6. Device Permissions

The current version of the App does not request access to sensitive Android permissions such as:

• location;

• contacts;

• camera;

• microphone;

• photos, videos, or shared storage;

• SMS;

• call logs;

• phone functions;

• health information.

Any basic operating-system capabilities used by the App are limited to those necessary to run the game and store gameplay progress locally.

7. Third-Party Services

The current version of the App does not use third-party services for:

• advertising;

• user analytics;

• behavioral tracking;

• cloud synchronization;

• user authentication;

• social-network login;

• payment processing.

The App is distributed through Google Play. Google may independently process certain information related to downloading, installing, securing, updating, or using apps through Google Play. Such processing is controlled by Google and is governed by Google’s own privacy policy and terms.

We do not receive personal information collected independently by Google Play merely because a user downloads the App.

8. Advertising

The current version of the App does not contain or display advertising, including banner, interstitial, native, or rewarded advertisements.

If advertising is introduced in a future version, this Privacy Policy and the App’s Google Play Data safety and advertising declarations will be updated to identify the advertising provider, the information processed, the purposes of processing, applicable consent controls, and available privacy choices.

The updated disclosures will apply from the release date of the version containing advertising.

9. In-App Purchases

The current version of the App does not offer or process in-app purchases, subscriptions, or paid upgrades.

If purchases are introduced in a future version, payments may be processed through Google Play Billing. We will update this Privacy Policy before or when that version is released to accurately describe the applicable data-handling practices.

10. Children’s Privacy

The App is intended for a general audience aged 13 and older and is not directed to children under the age of 13.

The current version of the App does not knowingly collect personal information from children or any other users.

Parents or legal guardians who believe that a child has provided personal information through the App may contact us using the details below. However, because the current version does not operate user accounts or store user information on our servers, we generally have no server-side personal information to locate or delete.

11. Data Security

Gameplay information is stored using storage mechanisms provided by the Android operating system.

Because the current version does not transmit gameplay or personal information to our servers, we do not maintain a remote database containing user information.

Users are responsible for maintaining the security of their devices, device accounts, screen locks, backups, and operating-system settings. No method of electronic storage or device security can be guaranteed to be completely secure.

12. International Data Transfers

The current version of the App does not transmit personal or gameplay information to Developer-controlled servers. Therefore, we do not perform international transfers of user data through the App.

Independent processing performed by Google Play, Android, a device manufacturer, or a device-backup provider is governed by the applicable provider’s privacy terms.

13. User Privacy Choices

Users can control locally stored App information by:

• resetting gameplay progress through the App, where this option is available;

• clearing the App’s storage through Android settings;

• managing Android backup and device-transfer settings; or

• uninstalling the App.

The App does not use cookies, advertising profiles, personalized advertising, or cross-app tracking.

14. Changes to This Privacy Policy

We may update this Privacy Policy when:

• the App’s features change;

• advertising, analytics, purchases, online services, or third-party SDKs are introduced;

• our data-handling practices change; or

• applicable legal or Google Play requirements change.

When this Privacy Policy is updated, the “Last Updated” date at the top of the page will be changed.

Users are encouraged to review this Privacy Policy periodically. Material changes will be communicated through the App, the Google Play listing, or another appropriate method when required.
