Q: what is the difference between the types of baskets?

A: Random is not customizable, it is strict to the season and you get what you get. While the custom large, medium, and small baskets you can request specific items and the only difference is what items you're available to buy!

Q: Can I get refunds?

A: Refunds are a tricky situation. In this case, we'll have to say no. Under certain circumstances (like if you returned everything to us unused and in mint condition), then we'd be willing to except the return. But otherwise, you'll have to keep your items or return them without getting money back.

Q: How long will orders take?

A: Depending on demand, orders can be processed within 1-2 days after placing it (if you're local). If you're out of state ordering, the process may take longer.

A: There should be a button which should connect you to a google form where you can adjust and customize your order!
