How do I use LastLook?

Choose one of the available checks:

Quick Check
LastLook captures your face from three angles and reviews visible details related to your hair, face, makeup, facial hair, and collar area.

Full Check
LastLook performs the Quick Check and also captures your front and back full-body appearance. It reviews visible outfit details and provides an Outfit Score with constructive feedback.

Follow the on-screen framing guides and remain still. LastLook automatically takes each photo when you are positioned correctly.

To begin the full-body capture, place your phone securely, step into the guide, and show your open palm.

What does LastLook check?

Depending on the selected mode and what is visible in the photos, LastLook may check for:

• Stray or unintentionally misplaced hair

• Makeup or lipstick smudges

• Visible food or lipstick marks on teeth

• Small visible residue around the eyes

• Lint, hair, or temporary marks on clothing

• Visible stains

• Folded collars, uneven hems, or misplaced labels

• Front and back outfit details

• General outfit coordination and occasion fit

LastLook only reports visible, temporary, and potentially fixable details. It does not evaluate your body, beauty, age, attractiveness, health, or medical condition.

How does automatic capture work?

LastLook uses the camera and Apple’s visual recognition technologies to check framing, face position, body position, and stability.

When you are properly framed and remain still, the app automatically captures the photo. During a Full Check, showing your open palm starts the full-body capture sequence.

A shutter sound and haptic feedback confirm that a photo has been taken when these options are enabled.

Is my data saved?

Completed Quick Checks and Full Checks may be saved locally in your LastLook history.

Saved photos, results, scores, and preferences remain on your device until you delete them or remove the app. You can delete individual history entries by swiping left or remove all history from the History screen.

Local history is not automatically synchronized through a LastLook user account.

Are my photos processed by AI?

Yes. Photos captured for a check are analyzed by LastLook AI using OpenAI technology.

The photos are securely sent through LastLook’s backend infrastructure for analysis. They are used to provide the requested result and are not intended to be stored by us as a permanent online photo library.

Photos saved in your LastLook history are stored locally on your device.

How accurate are LastLook’s results?

LastLook uses AI-powered visual analysis to identify visible details, but AI results may occasionally be incomplete or incorrect.

Lighting, image quality, camera angle, motion, distance, and clothing texture may affect the result. LastLook highlights only details that meet its confidence requirements, but the final decision is always yours.

LastLook results should be treated as supportive suggestions, not professional beauty, fashion, health, or medical advice.

What is the Outfit Score?

The Outfit Score is available with completed Full Checks.

It provides a 0–100 summary based on areas such as:

• Outfit coordination

• Occasion suitability, when an occasion is selected

• Visible finishing details

The score does not consider your body shape, age, gender, beauty, or attractiveness. It is intended to provide helpful context about the visible outfit—not to rate you as a person.

Can I share my results?

Yes. LastLook can create a 9:16 result card containing your selected photos, result, and score.

Nothing is posted automatically. Sharing only happens when you choose to open the iOS share sheet and select where to send or publish the result.

Can I use LastLook without a subscription?

Access may depend on your introductory offer, free check eligibility, trial status, or active subscription.

Available plans, prices, and trial eligibility are displayed on the LastLook paywall. Subscription pricing may vary by country and App Store region.

Subscriptions are processed by Apple. You can manage or cancel your subscription through your Apple ID subscription settings.

If you previously purchased a subscription, use Restore Purchases on the paywall.

Why does LastLook need camera access?

Camera access is required to capture the photos used for Quick Checks and Full Checks.

LastLook cannot perform a visual check when camera access is disabled. You can review or change camera permission in iOS Settings.

Can I use LastLook without an internet connection?

AI analysis requires an active internet connection.

Camera guidance and some local features may continue to work, but a check cannot be completed until LastLook can securely connect to its AI analysis service.
