Proposed Amendments to bylaws:

Pg. 8, Article VI, Section 2: Fifth Vice President, Health & Safety Chairman is removed from Duties of Officers.

Pg. 13, Article VII, Section 1: Association Meetings to be held on third Thursday of August, December, February, and May.

Pg. 14, Article VII, Section 5: The Quorum required for an Association Meeting shall be 15.

Pg. 25 Standing Rules: Standing Rules: Executive Board Meetings to be held on First Wednesday of each month, during the school year.

Pg. 25 Standing Rules: Standing Rules: Standing Committees of this Association include: Hospitality, HSA, Membership, Nomination, Programs, Reflections, and Ways and Means.

Pg. 25 Standing Rules: Standing Rules: The annual assessment fee shall be $150.00 to the Covina-Valley Council.
