Who Is Brian Laskey?

Brian was originally born in southeastern Michigan, but moved to Indiana when he attended Purdue University to obtain his Bachelor Degree. After graduation, he moved to Hamilton County and began building a life. He went back to school while working full time and obtained his Master of Nonprofit Management degree, and his Senior Professional in Human Resources certification.

He and his wife Stephanie are high school sweethearts, and have been married for 12 years. They welcomed their son, Aiden into their lives five years ago through adoption.

They moved into their forever home, in Noblesville a little over 2 years ago, with their two senior dachshunds, Oscar and Abby.

Brian has worked in human resources for almost two decades, mostly at for-profit groups. However, Brian has always felt a passion for youth service, and is now working for a large social service non-profit serving as their human resources leader.

Brian has a strong commitment to service. He has previously served as the Board Governance Chair for Storytelling Arts of Indiana, the Board Chair for Indiana Collaboration for Families with Infertility, and is currently a hosting liaison for AFS Intercultural Programs, as well as a previous host parent with the program.
