First I simply connected the printer and waited to see if it would just install itself. Nope. It did, however, show up as "Smart Install" I tried running that and it failed as well. I've subsequently downloaded both the full software installer and the basic drivers and tried them, all to no avail. HELP! PLEASE! Thanks!
