Larry started his cooking career in 2001 on Long Island, New York. He has worked in a variety of settings to include delicatessens, restaurants, and large facilities like hospitals and nursing homes. He has accumulated a wealth of knowledge about food preparation, quality and safety standards, and ingredient utilization. He is a Certified Food Manager in the state of Alaska. 

Larry and Barbara have been married since 2019. They met in 2016 and moved to the Fairbanks area in 2017 from Long Island, New York. They both value public service. Barbara is a night shift nurse and Larry is a seasoned chef with over 20 years of experience.
