To help us identify the correct account, the deletion request must include the user's PlayFab ID, which can be found through the in-game computer interface.

After account deletion, launching Larp Tag Horror again may create a new PlayFab account.
Larp Tag Horror uses PlayFab, a player authentication and data service provided by Microsoft.
PlayFab is used to authenticate players and store player/account data needed to provide online game functionality, including saved items and other player information.
When you first connect to Larp Tag Horror, a unique identifier called a PlayFab ID is generated for your account.
PlayFab may process your IP address and other information necessary to provide its services. Larp Tag Horror uses PlayFab to authenticate players and support multiplayer functionality.

Larp Tag Horror uses Photon Engine, a multiplayer networking service provided by Exit Games GmbH, to provide online multiplayer functionality.
When you connect to Larp Tag Horror's multiplayer servers, Photon processes information necessary to establish and maintain multiplayer connections and allow players to interact with one another.
Larp Tag Horror uses Photon Voice to provide in-game voice chat.
When voice chat is used, audio is processed and transmitted through Photon Voice to allow players to communicate with other players.
Voice data is processed for the purpose of providing voice-chat functionality. Voice communications may be temporarily processed or cached by the service as necessary to provide the functionality and are not intended to be permanently stored by Larp Tag Horror.
Larp Tag Horror may offer optional in-app purchases that provide special content or features within the game.
Purchase information may be processed by the applicable platform and payment services. Larp Tag Horror does not directly receive or store your full payment card information.
