If you are not fully satisfied with any part of the service, please contact us within 24 hours. We will review your concerns and, if necessary, return to re-clean the area at no additional cost.
Clients must ensure that our team can access the property at the scheduled time. If we are unable to enter (e.g., due to locked doors, absence, or security restrictions), the appointment will be considered a no-show, and the full-service fee may be charged.
We aim to arrive within a 30-minute window of the scheduled time. In case of delay due to traffic or unexpected issues, we will inform you as soon as possible.
Full payment is required on the day of service unless otherwise agreed. Invoices not paid within 7 days may incur a late fee, and services may be paused until payment is received.
We love pets! However, for everyone’s safety, we kindly ask that all pets are secured in a safe area during our service. Please inform us in advance if any animals will be on the premises.
Our cleaners have the right to refuse service in areas that pose health or safety risks, such as the presence of mould, pest infestations, bodily fluids, or hazardous waste. A call-out fee may apply if the service cannot be completed due to such conditions.
Please ensure that fragile or high-value items are safely stored before our team arrives. While we take the utmost care during our services, accidents may occasionally occur. If any damage happens, we will notify you immediately and resolve the matter professionally and fairly.
Any damage or loss identified by the customer must be reported within 24 hours of the service. Reports made after this timeframe may not be eligible for investigation or compensation.
We are fully insured, providing you with added peace of mind and protection.
Our standard cleaning services include general cleaning of accessible surfaces. Services such as deep cleaning, inside ovens, windows, fridges, walls, or external areas are considered add-ons and must be booked separately or included in the initial quote.
Our team will only perform the services explicitly listed in the quote. Tasks such as lifting heavy furniture, deep stain removal, or repairs are not included unless agreed upon in writing.
To reschedule or cancel an appointment:
- Changes made more than 24 hours in advance are free of charge.
- Same-day cancellations will be charged the Full-Service Fee.
If the property’s condition significantly differs from what was described at the time of booking (e.g., excessive dirt, clutter, or damage), additional charges may apply to accommodate the extra time and Labor required. We will always discuss these charges with you before proceeding.
We kindly request that personal belongings be cleared from surfaces to allow proper cleaning. If areas are inaccessible due to clutter, they may be skipped or require additional time and incur an extra fee.
Lara Touch Elite Cleaning will not be liable for failure to perform services due to circumstances beyond our control, including but not limited to severe weather, illness, natural disasters, power outages, or unforeseen emergencies.
We use professional-grade products and can accommodate sensitive clients upon request. Please notify us in advance of any allergies or product concerns.
All quotes provided are estimates based on the information available at the time of the request. The final price may vary depending on the actual condition, size, and requirements of the property upon inspection.
