Complying with these House Rules at Lara's Resort & Events is a MUST. Failure to adhere to the below House Rules may result in penalties such as deductions from the security deposit, or eviction, for blatant violations. 

THE OWNER RESERVES THE RIGHT TO CANCEL YOUR BOOKING AT ANYTIME SHOULD THERE BE ANY VIOLATION OF THE HOUSE RULES. 

HOUSE RULES

1. Check-In / Check-Out Times

VILLA - 3 PM to 11 AM

EVENT HALL - Preferred Schedule

CABANA: 

Daytime: 6AM - 1PM

Night Time: 3PM to 10PM

Please respect the check-in and check-out times you booked. If you need an early check-in or late check-out, please ask in advance, and we’ll do our best to accommodate.

2. No Smoking

• Smoking is strictly prohibited inside the property. If you wish to smoke, please use designated outdoor areas and dispose of cigarette butts properly.

3. Maximum Occupancy

• The maximum number of guests allowed is eight (8). Please do not exceed this number without prior approval. Unauthorized additional guest/s in excess of declared pax (whether staying overnight or not) will automatically forfeit your security deposit and will be charged accordingly.

4. Parties and Events

• Parties, gatherings, and events are not permitted unless explicitly agreed upon in advance. Posting of any decor on the wall is strictly prohibited. Please be respectful of neighbors and the property.

5. Kitchen Use

• Feel free to use the common kitchen, but please clean up after yourself and ensure all appliances are turned off when not in use.

6. Garbage Disposal

• Please dispose of your trash in the designated bins. If the bins are full, let me know, and I will arrange for a pickup.

7. Respect Property and Furnishings

• Treat the property with care and respect. Please do not damage or move any furniture or fixtures. If something is broken or damaged, please inform me as soon as possible.

8. Parking

• Please use the designated parking spaces only. If there are no designated spots, ensure you park in legal spots only. Be mindful of other guests and neighbors.

9. No Illegal Activities

• Absolutely no illegal activities are permitted on the property. This includes but is not limited to illegal drug use, gambling, or any activity that violates local laws.

10. Noise and Music

• Our quiet time is from 10 PM to 7 AM. Please keep noise levels at a considerate level, especially in shared spaces or outdoor areas after 10 PM. Loud music is prohibited at all times. 

11. Additional Guests

• If any additional guests wish to visit, they must be approved by the host in advance. Unauthorized guests beyond the agreed-upon number of people will not be allowed.

12. Fire Safety

• No candles or open flames are allowed inside. Familiarize yourself with the escape routes.

13. Pool Use

• Use of the pool is at your own risk. Please follow all safety guidelines provided in the pool rules and keep the area clean.

14. Report Damages or Issues Immediately

• If there is any damage or issue with the property, please notify us immediately so we can address it as soon as possible.

15. Respect Check-Out Procedures

• Please leave the property in good condition and practice CLAYGO. A cleaning fee may apply if excessive cleaning is required. The staff will inspect 30mins before you leave to check for lost, broken or damaged items.

16. Pets

• Pets are allowed but not in the pool. They must be wearing diapers at all times.

Additional Information:

• For Events and/or Villa, a security cash deposit of P2000 for damages to property upon check-in, if any.

• We require a 50% deposit for reservations made at least 7 days prior to your intended date and pay the remaining the day before your arrival.

• Nonrefundable if cancellation is made within 7 days before the intended date.

• Rebooking is subject to the place's availability and the owner's approval.

• CCTVs are installed in the common areas
