On-demand notary services- $30 minimum on weekdays, $50 minimum on weekends and holidays

1st Stamp- Free

Each Notarial Act after- $10

Flat-Fee Services (within Laramie City Limits)

Wills and Trusts requiring witnesses- $80

I-9 Authorization- $40

Additional Fees

Transportation fees (for gas, insurance, hazard, and time)

Hospitals and nursing homes (within Laramie city limits)

Albany County Detention Center- $100

Outside of City Limits (within Albany County, WY)- $15+ $0.625 per mile roundtrip**

Preparing For Your Appointment

At the time of booking, I will ask you for the following information--- 

• Preferred date and time of appointment

• Preferred location (can be your residence, office, or public place)

• Will everyone who needs their signature notarized be present?

• What kind of document do you need notarized?

• Does your document require witnesses? If so, are the witnesses present along with ID?

• Do all signers have all necessary documents ready for the notarization?

• Do all signers have acceptable ID?*

• Do all signers agree to Laramie Notary Services' payment terms and service policies?

Prior to your appointment, please make sure you have the following---

• All necessary documents

• Acceptable forms of ID*

• Are feeling well and have not come into contact with anyone with Covid-19 or influenza--- if you do not meet this criteria, you are required to let the Notary know prior to your appointment to reschedule. 

*Most documents require one form of ID, but some require two. The most common forms of accepted primary forms of ID are a Driver's license, state issued-ID, Military ID, and US Passport.
