Booking Information
A booking deposit of $100 is required in order to book your appointment and is non refundable.
The deposit is fully credited to your service on the day.
If you need to cancel or reschedule your appointment please give a minimum of 48 hours otherwise deposit will be forfeited. A reminder message will be sent out 72 hours before. If you have given 48 hour or more notice then your deposit will be used towards your next appointment.
This allows us time to offer your appointment slot to somebody else. We understand in some cases and circumstances this is unavoidable but please be mindful if you need to cancel or re schedule.
If you are running late, please keep in mind this may result in your appointment having to be modified.
