This Privacy Policy applies to the LaQua Player mobile application and related services operated by IBLOGIC TECH, referred to in this Privacy Policy as the “Service Provider.”

This Privacy Policy explains what information may be collected or processed when you use LaQua Player, why it may be processed, how third-party services may process information, and the choices available to you.

Information Collection and Use

LaQua Player is primarily a media player that allows users to access and play media available to the Application.

Depending on the features you use, the Application and its service providers may process information including:

• Device and operating system information

• App version and technical information

• App interactions and feature usage

• App session and performance information

• Device or app identifiers

• Advertising identifiers, where available and permitted

• Advertising interactions

• Diagnostic, crash, and performance information

• Internet Protocol address and information that may be derived from it, such as approximate geographic location

• Notification interactions and delivery information

• Consent and privacy choices

The exact information processed may vary depending on your device, operating system, Application settings, consent choices, applicable law, and the third-party services used by the Application.

Local Media and Device Access

LaQua Player may request access to videos, audio files, images, and other media stored on your device so that it can provide media playback, media discovery, editing, thumbnail, and related functionality.

Media access is used to provide features requested by you.

The Service Provider's custom analytics implementation does not intentionally include your local media filenames, file paths, media titles, or subtitle contents in analytics events sent to Firebase Analytics or Meta.

Some media processing is performed locally on your device. Information may be transmitted when you deliberately use an online feature or a feature that requires a third-party service.

You can control media permissions through your device settings.

Advertising

LaQua Player is supported by advertising and uses Google AdMob to display advertisements, including banner, interstitial, and app open advertisements.

Google and its advertising partners may process information such as device information, advertising identifiers, IP address, approximate location derived from network information, advertising interactions, and other information necessary to provide, measure, secure, and improve advertising services.

The advertisements presented to you may depend on your region, consent choices, device settings, and applicable law.

Where required, LaQua Player uses Google's consent management technology to request or manage choices relating to advertising and related data processing before requesting advertisements.

You may be provided with additional privacy choices where required by applicable law.

Analytics

LaQua Player uses Google Analytics for Firebase to help the Service Provider understand how the Application is used and improve its functionality.

Analytics information may include information such as:

• App interactions

• Feature usage

• App-instance identifiers

• Session information

• Device and operating system information

• App version

• General technical information

The Service Provider has designed its custom analytics events to measure product usage without intentionally transmitting private media information such as local filenames, file paths, media titles, or subtitle contents.

Information processed by Google may also depend on Google's SDK configuration, device settings, consent choices, and applicable law.

Notifications

LaQua Player uses notification technologies, including Firebase Cloud Messaging and local notifications, to provide features such as app notifications and playback reminders.

If you grant notification permission, the Application may send notifications relating to Application functionality, updates, tips, reminders, or other relevant information.

Notification permissions can be changed through your device settings.

Diagnostics and Error Monitoring

LaQua Player uses Sentry to help identify technical errors, crashes, and performance problems.

Diagnostic information may include technical information about the Application, device, operating system, errors, application state, and performance necessary to diagnose and improve reliability.

The Service Provider does not intentionally use Sentry to collect the contents of your personal media.

Meta Services and Attribution

LaQua Player integrates certain technologies provided by Meta Platforms for app event measurement and advertising attribution.

Depending on device settings, consent choices, configuration, and applicable law, Meta may process app events, device information, advertising identifiers, and related information for measurement, attribution, security, and advertising-related purposes.

The custom Meta events implemented by the Service Provider are designed to measure general product actions without intentionally including private media filenames, file paths, media titles, or subtitle contents.

Cookies and Similar Technologies

The Application and third-party SDKs may use SDKs, device identifiers, local storage, advertising technologies, and similar technologies to provide functionality, analytics, advertising, attribution, security, and service measurement.

Where required by applicable law, appropriate consent or privacy choices will be provided before certain processing occurs.

Third-Party Services

LaQua Player uses third-party services that operate under their own privacy policies and terms. These may include:

• Google AdMob

• Google Analytics for Firebase and other Firebase services

• Meta Platforms

• Sentry

These providers may process information on behalf of the Service Provider or for purposes described in their respective privacy documentation, subject to their terms, your consent choices, device settings, and applicable law.

Their privacy information is available from their respective official websites and services.

International Data Transfers

Third-party service providers used by LaQua Player may process information in countries other than the country in which you reside.

Where required by applicable data protection law, appropriate safeguards may be used for international transfers, including recognized contractual mechanisms, adequacy decisions, or other legally permitted mechanisms.

Data protection laws may differ between countries.

Your Privacy Rights

Depending on where you live, you may have rights regarding your personal information, including rights to:

Withdrawing consent does not affect processing that lawfully occurred before withdrawal.

Some information controlled directly by third-party providers may also need to be managed through the privacy controls provided by those providers.

California residents may have rights under applicable California privacy laws, including rights relating to access, deletion, correction, and certain uses or disclosures of personal information.

Where applicable, users may also have rights relating to the sale or sharing of personal information and targeted or cross-context behavioral advertising.

The Service Provider does not discriminate against users for exercising applicable privacy rights.

Opt-Out Choices

You can stop future collection by the Application by uninstalling LaQua Player.

You can also manage certain permissions and privacy choices through your device settings and, where applicable, consent or privacy controls presented by the Application or its service providers.

Uninstalling the Application does not necessarily delete information that has already been processed by third-party services.

Data Retention

Information is retained only for as long as reasonably necessary for the purposes for which it is processed, including providing Application functionality, analytics, advertising measurement, security, diagnostics, legal compliance, and resolving disputes.

Retention periods may vary depending on the type of information, the purpose for which it is processed, applicable legal requirements, and the retention policies and configuration of third-party service providers.

Data Deletion

You may request deletion of personal information controlled by the Service Provider by contacting:

The Service Provider will process valid requests in accordance with applicable law, subject to information that must be retained for legal, security, fraud-prevention, or other legitimate purposes.

LaQua Player does not require a general LaQua user account solely to use its core local media playback functionality.

Children's Privacy

LaQua Player is not specifically directed to children under 16, or any higher minimum age required by applicable law.

The Service Provider does not knowingly solicit personal information from children in violation of applicable law.

If the Service Provider becomes aware that personal information from a child has been collected in violation of applicable requirements, reasonable steps will be taken to delete it.

Security

The Service Provider takes reasonable administrative, technical, and organizational measures intended to protect information processed in connection with LaQua Player.

However, no electronic transmission or storage system can be guaranteed to be completely secure.

Where required by applicable law, the Service Provider will provide notifications regarding qualifying personal data breaches within the legally required timeframe.

Changes to This Privacy Policy

This Privacy Policy may be updated from time to time to reflect changes to LaQua Player, third-party services, legal requirements, or privacy practices.

Material changes will be communicated as required by applicable law. The effective date shown at the top of this Privacy Policy indicates when this version became effective.

Your Consent and Choices

Where processing requires consent under applicable law, LaQua Player or its service providers may request your consent before the relevant processing occurs.

You may withdraw or modify applicable consent choices using available privacy controls where required.

Withdrawal of consent does not affect processing lawfully performed before the withdrawal.
