Shipping Information
We ship using a Freight Carrier (Insured) to the LOWER 48 states. Some items may have handling charges, which will show up during checkout. These charges are often for creating a special wooden crate to prevent damage during transportation. For shipping to other locations, please get in touch with us for the shipping costs.
Return & Refund Policy
We don't take returns unless the items are damaged during shipping. If that happens, we'll file a claim with the carrier and replace your order as soon as we can.
Payment Method
For clients in the USA, we accept Visa, MasterCard, and American Express through Secure PayPal. While outside the USA, we only accept bank direct transfers through PayPal. Checks and money orders are also welcome.
