Lantern collects nothing about you. No analytics, no tracking, no advertising, and no account. The app works fully offline.
The app makes no network requests of its own and contains no third-party tracking or advertising code. There are no identifiers, no profiles, and no data sent anywhere.
Your puzzles, times, stats, and streaks are stored locally on your device. Deleting the app removes that data.
If you turn on reminders, Lantern schedules local notifications on your device only. Nothing is sent to us or to any server, and you can turn them off at any time in the app's Settings.
In-app purchases are handled entirely by Apple through the App Store. We never see or receive your name, payment details, or Apple Account. Restoring a purchase uses your Apple Account via the App Store; the app only learns whether the purchase exists.
Lantern is suitable for all ages. It collects no personal information from anyone, including children.
Because we hold no personal data about you, there is nothing for us to access, export, correct, or delete. Everything lives on your device and under your Apple Account.
