Each year the PTO budgets $100 per Lannoye staff member to purchase items for your students/classroom. Please use the two forms below as needed.
Use this form if you have made purchases for your classroom/students yourself and need to be reimbursed.
Note: This option requires you to provide receipt(s) for your purchase(s)
Use this form if you want the PTO to make the purchase(s) for you.
Note: No reimbursement will be issued with this option. Items must be purchaseable online and may NOT exceed $100.

If you need additional funding throughout the year, please use this Budget Request Form. This may include requests for special class projects, classroom materials/supplies, special equipment, special speakers/presentations, enrichment activities, field trips (keeping in mind you have $400 budgeted per grade for busing), or any other monetary need. ALL budget requests must be discussed and approved at a PTO meeting.
