PARENTS of the CLASS OF 2026

1. Complete 2026 Parent and Player Form when available

2. Pay Player Dues and Player Pack Fee -  See sponsorship Information below on how to offset the cost of dues and fees with sponsorships

2026 PLAYER DUES (includes Player Pack)  Discounted dues will be available if you pay by the Parent Meeting on 1/22.

Player grades 9th -11th

$415 if paid by 1/22 or $450 due by 2/1.

Seniors (includes $50 Senior Fee)
$465 if paid by 1/22 or $500 due by 2/1.

Discount does not apply to Senior Fee

PAYMENT INSTRUCTIONS:

Invoice for your Player Dues will be sent to your email.  If you need a payment plan, please email  lanierlaxbooster@gmail.com.


3.  Fundraiser - There are 2 fundraisers this year. More details to come.

4.   Sponsorships - You may offset your dues and player pack fees through sponsorships.

Print the Sponsorship Form, secure a sponsor, and submit the completed form WITH payment to your Head Coach.  The Treasurer will process your sponsorship and apply your credit.

There are 4 sponsorship levels available: 

• $750 Player of the Week Sponsorship (only 2 available) - $350 will be applied to the player's dues plus they will receive one free spirit wear item

• $500 Sponsorship - $350 will be applied to the player's dues

• $250 Sponsorship - $150 will be applied to player's dues

• $100 Sponsorship - $70 will be applied to player's dues
