3 Payments and Cancellations
3.1 Billing
Subscriptions are billed through your account on the platform where you made the purchase (e.g., Apple App Store or Google Play) at the time of purchase. A free trial may be offered for new subscribers.
3.2 Credits
Users without an active subscription may purchase consumable credits through the platform store where available. Credits can be used for AI podcast creation, continuation, and podcast transcription.
The number of credits required is shown in the app before an operation starts. Credits are deducted only after a requested service starts successfully and only for the portion successfully processed.
Purchased credits do not expire, have no cash value, are non-transferable, and cannot be exchanged for cash. Active subscribers receive unlimited access to supported features and do not spend credits.
3.3 Renewal and Cancellation
Subscriptions automatically renew unless cancelled at least 24 hours before the end of the current billing period.
You can manage or cancel your subscription at any time through your account settings on the respective platform:
- For Apple devices: via your App Store account settings
- For Android devices: via your Google Play account settings
3.4 Refunds
All payments are processed by the platform provider (Apple or Google). Refunds are handled in accordance with the policies of the respective platform and must be requested directly through them.
4. Limitation of Liability
The app is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind.
To the fullest extent permitted by law, iPolyglot and its developers are not liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of the app.
We do not guarantee that the app will be error-free, uninterrupted, or that any generated content will be accurate, reliable, or suitable for your needs.
