“Five Things I Will Do to Build a Self-Reliant India.”
This competition marked the first phase of the initiative, which began with the screening of inspirational videos linked to the legacy and vision of the Tata Group. These videos aimed to ignite a sense of national pride and purpose among students, encouraging them to reflect on their role in nation-building.
To ensure fair and meaningful participation, students were divided into two categories:
Junior Category: Grades 6 to 8
Senior Category: Grades 9 to 12
The topic was thoughtfully designed to inspire students to think critically and creatively, while also allowing them to express their unique perspectives on self-reliance and civic responsibility.
Adding a fun and interactive element to the event, a short quiz was conducted based on the video content shown earlier. This activity aimed to assess the students’ attentiveness and enhance engagement. Students who answered the questions correctly were gifted a comic book titled “Dorabji Tata” as a token of appreciation.
Overall, the competition was a resounding success, fostering creativity, awareness, and a sense of responsibility among the young participants towards the vision of a self-reliant India.
