These Terms of Use (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of Langify - AI Language Tutor (Bundle ID: com.learn.ai.tutor.pro).

By downloading or using the App, you agree to these Terms.

1. App Purpose & License

Langify - AI Language Tutor provides AI-powered language learning assistance and prompt-based tutoring services.

We grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the App for personal, non-commercial purposes.

You may not:

• Reverse engineer the App
  
  

• Copy or distribute App content
  
  

• Resell AI responses
  
  

• Use the App for unlawful or abusive purposes
  
  

2. Prompt-Based Purchase System

Langify operates using one-time prompt purchase packages:

• $12.99 – 20 Prompts
  
  

• $24.99 – 100 Prompts
  
  

• $39.99 – 300 Prompts
  
  

Each AI interaction consumes prompts according to feature usage.

Unused prompts do not expire unless otherwise stated.

We reserve the right to adjust pricing in future versions.

3. Payments & Refunds

• Payments are processed via Apple.
  
  

• Charges are made to your Apple ID.
  
  

• Refunds are handled exclusively by Apple.

4. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

• Submit harmful, illegal, or abusive content
  
  

• Attempt to manipulate AI systems
  
  

• Use the App for academic dishonesty

Violation may result in suspension or termination.

5. Intellectual Property

All App content, branding, AI structure, and software are owned by us or licensed to us.

AI-generated responses are provided for personal use only.

6. AI Disclaimer

AI responses:

• Should not be considered professional advice
  
  

• Are generated automatically based on user input
  
  

You are responsible for how you use AI-generated content.

7. Limitation of Liability

We are not liable for:

• Inaccurate AI responses
  
  

• Learning outcomes

• Indirect or consequential damages
  
  

Use of the App is at your own risk.

8. Termination

We may suspend or terminate access if:
