This Privacy Policy explains how ProEffectMedia OÜ ("we", "us") handles information in Lane Rush: Traffic Dodge, the Android game with package name com.proefektpremium.lanerush.

1. SUMMARY
Lane Rush has no accounts, sign-in, chat, user-generated content, or publisher-operated server. Gameplay progress and preferences are stored locally on your device. The app is supported by Google AdMob advertising, so Google and its advertising partners may process limited device, advertising, interaction, diagnostic, and approximate-location information as described below. We do not sell personal information and do not run our own analytics.
2. INFORMATION STORED ON YOUR DEVICE
Lane Rush stores best distance, coin balance, owned and equipped cars, milestone progress, ad-frequency counters, and sound, music, haptics, and tutorial preferences locally using Android DataStore. This information is not sent to us. It remains on your device until you clear the app's data or uninstall the app, subject to Android's operating-system backup settings.
3. INFORMATION THE APP DOES NOT DIRECTLY COLLECT
Our own code does not request or collect your name, email address, phone number, account credentials, precise location, contacts, calendar, photos, videos, audio recordings, files, messages, health information, or financial information. Lane Rush does not include a publisher-operated analytics, crash-reporting, attribution, or fingerprinting service.
4. ADVERTISING AND THIRD-PARTY DATA HANDLING
Lane Rush uses the Google Mobile Ads SDK (AdMob) to provide optional rewarded ads and occasional interstitial ads, and Google User Messaging Platform (UMP) to collect and remember advertising-consent choices where required.
Depending on your region, device settings, and consent choices, Google and its advertising partners may process:
• device or other identifiers, including the Android advertising ID;
• IP address and approximate location inferred from it;
• app interactions and advertising interactions;
• device, app, and performance or diagnostic information; and
• consent choices used to determine whether ads may be requested.

Lane Rush does not attach your score, coin balance, owned cars, or other gameplay progress to ad requests. We do not receive a user profile or operate our own advertising database.
5. CONSENT AND YOUR CHOICES
Where required by law, Lane Rush presents a consent message through Google UMP before requesting ads. If Google determines that a persistent privacy entry point is required in your region, Privacy options appears in the app's Settings screen so you can review or change your choices.
You can also reset or delete your advertising ID in Android Settings under Privacy > Ads. You can clear all locally stored Lane Rush data through Android's App info > Storage > Clear storage, or by uninstalling the app.
6. PERMISSIONS
Lane Rush uses:
• INTERNET, to load ads and support the app's online-required gameplay mode;
• ACCESS_NETWORK_STATE, to detect connectivity;
• VIBRATE, for optional haptic feedback; and
• com.google.android.gms.permission.AD_ID, for ad serving and measurement.
The app does not request location, camera, microphone, contacts, storage, calendar, Bluetooth, phone, or notification permission.
7. SECURITY
Lane Rush disallows cleartext network traffic and uses encrypted HTTPS connections for transmitted information. No method of electronic transmission or storage is completely secure, but we limit the app's data handling to what is needed for its functionality and advertising.
8. CHILDREN
Lane Rush is a general-audience game intended for users aged 13 and older. It is not directed to children under 13 and is not enrolled in the Google Play Families program. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children.
9. DATA RETENTION AND DELETION
Local gameplay data remains on your device until you clear app storage or uninstall Lane Rush, subject to Android backup behavior. We do not maintain server-side user records. Retention and deletion of information processed by Google for advertising are governed by Google's policies and your Google and device privacy controls.
10. CHANGES TO THIS POLICY
We may update this policy when the app, services, or legal requirements change. The revised policy will be published at this same URL with an updated date.
