Privacy at the Center of Every Frame
LaneNudge helps bowlers track frames, record lane reads, compare bowling balls, and review simple next-shot suggestions. The app is designed so that every session stays private on your device. No account is required, and your bowling history is never sent to us.
Information We Collect
LaneNudge does not collect personal information, device identifiers, usage statistics, analytics, advertising data, precise location, contacts, photos, or other user data. You do not need to register, sign in, or create a profile.
Bowling Sessions Stay on Your Device
Scores, frame results, lane observations, ball notes, equipment comparisons, and session history are stored locally on your device. We cannot access, view, retrieve, or use these records.
Next-Shot Suggestions
Any simple next-shot suggestion shown by LaneNudge is generated from information available within the app on your device. Your lane reads and session records are not uploaded for remote processing, and the suggestions are not a substitute for professional coaching or safety judgment.
No Third-Party Services
LaneNudge does not include third-party analytics, advertising networks, tracking technologies, social logins, cloud accounts, or external software development kits that collect data. We do not sell, rent, share, or disclose user information because we do not collect it.
Data Retention and Deletion
Your bowling records remain on your device until you edit or delete them, clear the app's data, or uninstall LaneNudge. Depending on your iCloud and device backup settings, Apple may include app data in a backup. Those backups are controlled by you and Apple and are not accessible to us.
Security
Keeping bowling data on-device limits unnecessary exposure. You are responsible for protecting access to your device by using the security features provided by iOS.
Children's Privacy
LaneNudge is not directed to children under 13 and does not knowingly collect information from children or any other users.
Your Privacy Choices
Because LaneNudge does not collect or retain personal data on our systems, there is no personal information for us to access, correct, export, or delete. You control the session records stored in the app and your device backup settings.
Changes to This Policy
We may update this Privacy Policy if LaneNudge's features or legal requirements change. Any revised version will be posted on this page with a new effective date.
