Seeing as Emeralds just aren't as useful as they are rare, we decided to make them of more value. Virtually every single trade at any given shopkeeper uses Emeralds as currency!
Seeing as Emeralds just aren't as useful as they are rare, we decided to make them of more value. Virtually every single trade at any given shopkeeper uses Emeralds as currency!
The Emerald is our main currency on the server. It can be mined, obtained through trades, and player trading. For larger transactions, Emerald Blocks may be used. 1 Emerald ~ $5 if translated into real currency in general, but the value of different items in-game are different in actual.
For extremely large transactions, a Chest of Emeralds may be used. They contain a big amount of money and are used for storage purposes too. Most traders won't deal with this type of currency because it is too valuable for their trade. 1 CoE = 1,728 Emeralds.
This is an example of a trader or shopkeeper located in the town of Orogard. The items they trade are of infinite amount: meaning they don't run out, ever. Just right click to see their offers! Be careful when trading, because most of the time, you cannot get a refund.
On the right is an example of a usual trade, which deals with money for common goods such as food, armor, etc. These are usually relatively cheap and almost always never come with a singular offer.
As apposed to a common trade, on the left is an example of a unique trade, which deals with money or rarer items for relics or quest books. In this case, you can buy a quest book for one Block of Emerald. Most of the time, these traders only have one offer. Sometimes, if you are unlucky, the traders will tell complete lies and the quest books will lead you to nowhere. Tip: Higher value trades are more risky.
