Leo has worked for me for me for over two years. The first year I asked if he would help me plant the flowers Mother and I had ordered. We had placed a large order. It would have taken me a week by myself to plant them. This was mom’s Mother’s Day gift and I wanted to get everything planted. It started to sprinkle and then began a light rain. Leo stayed with me and helped me finish the planting. We were both soaking wet but all the plants were in the ground before Mother’s Day and they did very well. Until this time, anytime I had large plantings I had to do it myself over several days. Leo helped me complete a large job in not optimal weather.
I have lived on Henry Clay Road since January 2006. Leo did the aeration for fall 2019. In previous years I had paid a large service to do this. Last spring my grass looked beautiful!! People would walk by and asked me if I had just placed new sod. The grass was so thick and lush many people felt like they were walking on a golf course. I have spent many dollars on Pennington smart seed and getting the yard aerated but never had the results Leo got. His service has been very beneficial to my garden and lawn.
My friends drove by just after Leo and I had planted the flowers. They were very impressed with the way the yard looked. I shared with them Leo’s name and they asked for his number. He has been taking care of their almost two acre yard. They told me that after Leo aerated last year, the flowers and grass that came up were more than they have had in several years. She is a master gardener and quit impressed with Leo’s skills.
This year mom asked me to order plants for a shade garden. The plants arrived about 10 days before she passed away (My mother was 102 years old land she often stated it was time for her to go.) Leo said he would have his men come on Sunday to get the plants in. He was there by 08:00 and they finished the entire yard a little before 3:00. My mother had a week to enjoy the flowers that were planted before she passed away. That bed has given me great peace when I look at the flowers or am working in it, because I know this is what mom wanted. My mother was a great gardener and she always said that Leo made our yard look great!!
Excellent work!! Leo and his crew is a pleasure to work with-they deliver as promised. Very professional and prices were fair and reasonable-I’m continuing to use this company for all my landscaping needs. They do an excellent job. Staff is very courteous and nice. They are very hardworkers who really know what they're doing. They complete their work very quickly, too.
