Account Deletion Process:

Navigate to the "Download" tab within the app.

Click on the drawer menu (side menu).

Select the "Log out current user" option.

Follow the prompts to delete your account and password information.

Data Deletion and Retention:

Once you have followed the steps above to log out your account, we will immediately delete the user information and passwords associated with your account.

Additionally, your download history within the app and any content shared on public platforms will also be deleted.

Please note that any videos downloaded to your mobile device's local storage will not be deleted and will remain on your device.

Additional Data Retention Period:

We commit to not retaining your personal data without cause. Once the account deletion process is complete, the aforementioned data will be permanently deleted unless otherwise mandated by law.
