How do I secure my date?
By confirming the date is not already booked and by making a 50% deposit, you can secure your date up to 2 years in advance.
Is my deposit refundable?
Deposits are non-refundable but are transferable based on all availability. Every year we expand the facility.
How many guests can the banquet room accommodate?
The Barn Loft will accommodate 80 people on each level.
We do not rent out tents, but we offer the space and electrical for even the largest tents with an event rental. The barn, in that case, is often used for a lounge, dance floor, photo ops etc. A previous bridal couple has also made their 20x40 tent available to rent for $500 please ask for contact regarding tent availability and details.
What are your daily rates?
1 day: Set up and take down in the same day; such as bridal showers, grad parties etc. (cannot be a Friday, Saturday or Sunday) for $1500
3 day: Set up Friday, event Saturday, take down Sunday $4000 in 2024, $5000 in 2025
What other events are going on at the venue on the same day?
Your event is the only event ever booked on the Saturday!
What is included in my wedding booking?
(YARD, BARN, LAKE, and TRAILS)
(Includes Friday set up/rehearsal, Saturday event, Saturday night cabin stay, and Sunday takedown/gift opening)
· Choice of Ceremony Sites including but not limited to the Lattice wall/Lakeview, Pond/Bridge, Dock/Lakeside, East side of Barn or Barn Loft (Max. seating capacity 80 people in Barn Loft)
· Full use of barn including interior space, balcony, lean-to, prep room with fridge & freezer, stainless steel serving tables
· Portable washrooms with handwashing station; toilet paper & paper towel
· Garbage & Recycling receptacles as well as Garbage & Recycling disposal
· Use of potted flowers, wagon wheel bench, spool tables, barrel, directional road signage, optional use of decor on hand (lanterns, cake stands, wood cookies, eucalyptus etc.)
· String lighting (LED Edison bulb in loft and under lean-to) + dance floor lighting
· Preferred vendor list
· Parking Lot with Parking Signage along with RV/camper trailer/tent space
· 11, 6' tables, 4, 8' tables (standard new folding grey plastic top) and 65 padded gray steel framed chairs for ceremony + 80 rustic wood chairs for reception.
· Use of kids zone with signed waivers (find on our google site), (Large play structure, swings, toys, trampoline)
· 3 Fire Pits with seating and firewood
· One night stay in the fully furnished Airbnb including bedding, minifridge, use of wood stove, hotplate, hot outdoor shower etc.
· Canoe & Life jackets for 2
· Trail rides for your guests between ceremony/reception on wood wagon (Built 2021)
· 16’ x 24’ treated sturdy wooden dock with 6’ wide gangway
· Rowboat setup and use for pictures
