Lincoln Hoover is the founder and president of the Landon Leighton Memorial Foundation, 

Raised in Clio, Michigan, Lincoln comes from an accomplished and hard-working family that taught him the value of perseverance, humility, and compassion. From a young age, he developed a deep love for people and a desire to make their lives better, a passion that continues to drive everything he does.

Guided by his faith and his heart for others, Lincoln often says, “If even one person sees the love of Jesus because of what we’re doing, then every ounce of effort is worth it.” That belief shapes the way he leads, serves, and lives

Lincoln is known for his selfless dedication and genuine heart for service. Whether volunteering in his community, leading foundation projects, or personally helping families in need, he pours himself fully into every opportunity to make a difference. His greatest motivation is not recognition or success but seeing others find hope, joy, and peace through the love of Jesus.

A 4.0 student at Rochester Christian University studying Financial Planning, Lincoln strives to live every day with purpose, gratitude, and faith, using his gifts to serve, uplift, and inspire others.

Peyton Shaw is the Vice President of the Landon Leighton Memorial Foundation, where he helps manage the foundation’s daily operations, event coordination, and team organization. A graduate of Clio High School, Peyton was a multi-sport athlete, competing in both basketball and football, and continues to bring that same teamwork and discipline into his leadership role.

Currently attending Flint Barber College, Peyton is known for his humility and preference to work behind the scenes, ensuring every detail runs smoothly while keeping the focus on serving others. As the first person to step forward and support the foundation’s mission from its beginning, Peyton has been an essential part of its growth, helping build a culture grounded in integrity, faith, and quiet dedication to making a difference.
