Lincoln J. Hoover is an accomplished student leader, community advocate, and civic strategist dedicated to non-profit outreach, campaign leadership, and public service.

Currently pursuing a degree in Financial Planning at Rochester Christian University, where he maintains a 4.0 GPA on the President’s List, Lincoln combines academic excellence with extensive political and grassroots field experience.

Driven by a commitment to community impact, Lincoln serves as the Founder and President of the Landon Leighton Memorial Foundation, an organization established in June 2025 to provide financial support to college students and honor the memory of a close friend. His leadership has driven high-impact initiatives, including student support programs, Thanksgiving meal drives, and the official renaming of a local sports field in Landon’s honor, work officially recognized by the Governor of Michigan with a Special Tribute.

An active force in state and regional campaign strategy, Lincoln has gained valuable campaign management and political strategy experience working on campaigns for state senate candidates, including Dr. Brooks and Representative Erin Byrnes. Complemented by strong institutional experience across campus administration, student programming, and operations at Rochester Christian University, Lincoln brings a proven ability to bridge political strategy, executive leadership, and community organizing to create lasting, positive change.

Lance E. Green is a dedicated leader, organizational strategist, and the Vice President of the Landon Leighton Memorial Foundation.

As the foundation’s premier supporter since its inception, Lance has been instrumental in shaping its growth, vision, and long-term impact. His hands-on leadership spans strategic planning, campaign development, and creative problem-solving, helping transform ambitious outreach concepts into tangible support for college students and the broader community.

A graduate of MIAT College of Technology in Michigan, Lance brings a practical, solutions-oriented mindset and a strong work ethic to executive decision-making. Beyond his strategic contributions, he is widely recognized for his warmth, personal integrity, and unwavering commitment to honoring Landon’s legacy, serving as a trusted partner to the foundation’s leadership and a driving force behind its mission.
