Audio Engineer for ESPN+
I work as an audio engineer for ESPN+ at Longwood University, where I manage all aspects of live broadcast sound. From adjusting music and talent levels during the game to setting up and breaking down post-game interviews, I make sure every element of the broadcast sounds clear, balanced, and professional. Working in a fast-paced, live environment requires quick decision-making and attention to detail, and I take pride in keeping every audio element running smoothly.
My role goes beyond simply mixing sound; I also handle running cables, setting up microphones, and preparing all equipment needed for the broadcast. I collaborate closely with the production team to ensure every part of the show is covered, from commentators and crowd noise to music and post-game interviews. My goal is to deliver a polished, reliable, and professional audio experience for every viewer.
