PRIVACY POLICY

Landfall is built privacy-first. We do not collect, transmit, sell, or share any personal data.
What we store: Every costing, company profile, invoice you scan, and report you generate is stored only on your device. None of it is sent to us or any third party. The app works fully offline.
Invoice scanning (OCR): Optical character recognition runs entirely on-device using Apple's Vision framework. Images and documents you scan are processed locally and are never uploaded.
Payments: Subscriptions are handled by Apple. We never see your card or Apple ID credentials. Apple's privacy policy governs that transaction.
Analytics & tracking: None. There are no third-party analytics, advertising, or tracking SDKs in this app.
Children: Landfall is a business tool and is not directed at children under 13.
Changes: If this policy changes, the updated version will be posted at this URL.

TERMS OF USE (EULA)

Licence: Landfall grants you a non-transferable licence to use the app on Apple devices you own or control, in accordance with the Apple Media Services Terms and the standard Apple Licensed Application End User License Agreement (EULA).
Subscription: Landfall Pro is an auto-renewing monthly subscription. It begins with a 3-day free trial; thereafter it renews at the price shown on the purchase screen until cancelled. Payment is charged to your Apple ID at confirmation of purchase. Your subscription renews automatically unless auto-renew is turned off at least 24 hours before the end of the current period. You can manage or cancel your subscription in Settings > Apple ID > Subscriptions. Any unused portion of a free trial is forfeited when you purchase a subscription.
Acceptable use: Figures produced by Landfall are estimates to assist your costing decisions. You are responsible for verifying landed costs, duties and taxes against official documentation. The app is provided "as is" without warranty of accuracy for any particular shipment.
Limitation of liability: To the maximum extent permitted by law, the developer is not liable for any commercial loss arising from reliance on the app's calculations.
