1. Our Commitment to Privacy

Land Watch App is an independent land browsing application designed to help you discover and explore land listings — including farms, ranches, residential land, commercial land, hunting land, and waterfront properties.

You can use the app without creating an account, signing in, or sharing personal identity details.

This app is not affiliated with or endorsed by any real estate broker, agency, exchange, or financial institution. Land Watch App does not sell land, process property payments, or facilitate real-money transactions.

2. Information We Do Not Collect

We do not directly collect or store the following personal information:

No sign-up, login, OTP, social login, or registration is required. Your browsing activity is not linked to a personal account on our servers.

3. Data Stored Locally on Your Device

To provide app functionality, Land Watch App stores limited local data on your device only:

This data is stored locally using Android Room database and DataStore. It is not linked to a personal account. We do not sync this data to any cloud server.

4. Advertising (Google AdMob)

Land Watch App uses Google AdMob to display banner and interstitial advertisements.

Google may collect certain technical data (such as Advertising ID, device information, IP address, and ad interaction data) to serve and measure ads according to Google policies.

5. Property Listings and Sample Data

Property listings, prices, descriptions, images, and contact details shown in the app are provided for browsing and demonstration purposes. Listing data is included within the app and loaded from trusted image sources when you view property photos.

We do not guarantee that all listing information represents real, available, or current properties for sale.

6. Offline Content and Network Use

Core browsing features — home listings, search, categories, favorites, and property details — work using locally stored listing data.

Internet access is used to load property images from external image hosting services (such as Unsplash) through the Coil image library, and to load advertisements through Google AdMob.

Favorite properties and theme settings remain on your device and are not uploaded to our servers.

7. Sharing Content

If you use the share feature on a property listing, sharing is handled by your selected apps (e.g., messaging or email apps). We do not receive shared content unless you explicitly send it to us through a support channel you choose.

8. Third-Party Services

Land Watch App uses Google AdMob for advertising and Coil to load property images from external image providers. The app does not use social login, cloud account sync, payment gateways, or external data brokers.

9. Cookies and Tracking

The app itself does not use browser cookies. Ad-related data processing may be handled by Google AdMob as part of ad serving and measurement.

10. Permissions

Land Watch App requests Internet and network state access for advertisements and image loading. The app does not request access to your camera, microphone, contacts, or location for core features.

No account permission prompt is required to use the app.

11. Data Security

Because there is no user account system, there is no personal login profile stored by us.

Locally stored app data (favorites and theme settings) remains on your device unless you clear app storage or uninstall the app.

12. Children's Privacy

Land Watch App is intended for general audiences interested in browsing land listings. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children.

13. Your Choices

You may clear local app data anytime:
Settings → Apps → Land Watch → Storage → Clear storage

Uninstalling the app removes your saved favorites and theme settings stored on your device.

You can manage ad personalization: Settings → Google → Ads

14. Changes to This Policy

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. Updated versions will be shown inside the app with a revised "Last Updated" date.
