Ryan Rathbun, Founder & President of Land Scout NJ, is a motivated entrepreneur, varsity athlete, and honor roll student with a strong work ethic and a passion for providing dependable, high-quality property care. Ryan founded Land Scout NJ after gaining hands-on experience operating a landscaping business and serving local Hunterdon County clients with services ranging from lawn care and weeding to seasonal cleanups, snow removal, and property maintenance.

Beyond his work with Land Scout NJ, Ryan has demonstrated a strong commitment to his community through volunteer service with America’s Grow-A-Row and the North County Library. He also brings the discipline, teamwork, and dedication developed through his experience as a varsity athlete and honor roll student.

Known for his reliability, organization, patience, and attention to detail, Ryan takes pride in building lasting relationships with customers and delivering service tailored to each property's needs. His commitment to hard work and community service drives Land Scout NJ's mission: helping homeowners maintain clean, healthy, and well-kept properties throughout every season.

When additional help is needed, Ryan occasionally brings in reliable individuals from his personal network on a day-contract basis. By working with people he knows and trusts, Land Scout NJ is able to maintain dependable service while providing flexible opportunities for those looking to gain hands-on work experience.
