This Privacy Policy describes  how your information is collected, used, and shared when you use the Land Area Calculator mobile application (the "App").

1. Information We Collect

A. Location Data

The App's primary function is to measure land area. To do this, we require access to your device's precise location (GPS).

- Usage: Location data is used in real-time to plot points on a map and calculate area/perimeter.

- Storage: We do not store your location history on any external servers. Any measurements you "Save" are stored locally on your device's internal storage.

B. User-Provided Information

When you customize your PDF reports, you may enter:

- Company Name

- Phone Number

- Email Address

- Physical Address

- Business Logo

- Property Names

This information is stored locally on your device and is only used to populate the header of the PDF reports you generate.

2. Third-Party Services

The App uses third-party services that may collect information used to identify you:

- Mapbox: Used for map tile display and geocoding search. Mapbox Privacy Policy.

- OpenStreetMap: Used for map data. OSM Terms of Use.

3. Data Storage and Security

- Local Storage Only: All your measurements, split pieces, and settings are stored on your device. Clearing the App data or uninstalling the App will result in the permanent loss of this data unless you have exported it.

- No Cloud Upload: We do not transmit your measurements or personal details to any cloud servers.

4. Children’s Privacy

The App does not address anyone under the age of 13. We do not knowingly collect personally identifiable information from children.

5. Changes to This Privacy Policy

We may update our Privacy Policy from time to time. You are advised to review this page periodically for any changes.
