This Terms of Service ("Agreement") governs the use of all digital content, software, artwork, plugins, data, and related materials created and owned by Dima Golovanov, including the official server Lancasters SMP ("Author").

By downloading, installing, accessing, or using any of the Author’s Works or services, including Lancasters SMP, you agree to the following terms.

1. Scope of Protected Works and Services

This Agreement applies to ALL works and services created and operated by the Author, including but not limited to:

• Web Status Checker software (.exe and source code)
  
  

• Skript plugins and scripts
  
  

• Minecraft-related tools and utilities
  
  

• Artwork, graphics, logos, and branding
  
  

• Images, textures, and visual assets
  
  

• Documentation and written materials
  
  

• Configuration examples and data files
  
  

• Website and repository content
  
  

• The official Minecraft server Lancasters SMP
  
  

• Future updates and related digital products or services
  
  

All such materials and services are referred to collectively as the "Works and Services".

2. Ownership

All Works and Services are the exclusive intellectual property of:

No ownership rights are transferred under this Agreement.

3. License Grant

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to:

• Use the Works for personal or private server use
  
  

• Modify the Works strictly for private/self use only
  
  

• Access and play on Lancasters SMP in accordance with these terms
  
  

You may NOT:

• Redistribute original or modified versions of the Works
  
  

• Sell or sublicense the Works
  
  

• Remove copyright notices
  
  

• Claim authorship
  
  

• Publicly share modified versions
  
  

Any violation results in immediate termination of this license.

4. Strict Prohibition of Pay-to-Win Usage

The Works may NOT be used on any server or platform that:

• Sells gameplay advantages for real money
  
  

• Provides purchasable power, ranks, boosts, or competitive advantages
  
  

• Operates as a Pay-to-Win (P2W) system
  
  

This restriction does not apply to Lancasters SMP unless explicitly stated by the Author.

If a third-party server becomes Pay-to-Win after implementation of the Works, the license is automatically revoked.

5. Lancasters SMP – Server Protection & Anti-Abuse Policy

Lancasters SMP is the official server owned and operated by the Author.

By joining or interacting with Lancasters SMP, you agree that you will NOT:

• Attempt to crash, overload, lag, or disrupt the server
  
  

• Attempt to shut down or interfere with server availability
  
  

• Perform stress tests without permission
  
  

• Use hacks, cheat clients, x-ray, or unfair modifications
  
  

• Exploit bugs, glitches, or vulnerabilities
  
  

• Attempt unauthorized access to systems or accounts
  
  

• Perform or assist in DDoS attacks
  
  

• Reverse engineer security mechanisms
  
  

• Bypass anti-cheat or protection systems
  
  

Any such behavior may result in:

• Immediate permanent ban
  
  

• IP or hardware bans where applicable
  
  

• License termination
  
  

• Reporting to hosting providers
  
  

• Legal action where applicable
  
  

6. Commercial Use Restriction

Commercial use of the Works is strictly prohibited without explicit written permission.

This includes:

• Selling modified versions
  
  

• Using artwork in paid content
  
  

• Monetizing access to the Works
  
  

• Redistributing for profit
  
  

7. Disclaimer of Warranty

THE WORKS AND SERVICES ARE PROVIDED "AS IS" WITHOUT WARRANTY OF ANY KIND.

The Author does not guarantee:

• Error-free operation
  
  

• Continuous availability
  
  

• Compatibility
  
  

• Fitness for a particular purpose
  
  

Use at your own risk.

8. Limitation of Liability

Under no circumstances shall the Author be liable for:

• Direct or indirect damages
  
  

• Data loss
  
  

• Revenue loss
  
  

• Downtime
  
  

• Security breaches caused by user negligence
  
  

This limitation applies to the maximum extent permitted by law.

9. Termination

Violation of any term results in immediate termination of your rights under this Agreement.

Upon termination, you must cease use and delete all copies of the Works where applicable.

10. Governing Law

This Agreement shall be governed by applicable laws in the Author’s jurisdiction.
