All Jumps (Toe Touch, Pike, Hurdler)

Able to RUN a complete mile
Solid Motions
Ability to learn new material quickly
All Advanced Jumps executed at Level or Above
Series of 2 or more Advanced Jumps (Double Toe Touch/ Multiple Sequence Jumps)
Tumbling with no spot on a dead mat(preferred)
Dance ability
Character and Grades
Maintain good attendance in school
Be respectful to all staff and students
Keep your grades up! No F’s and maintain at least a 2.0 GPA
Fitness
Run, jog, etc. (some sort of cardio workout at least 3x/week)
Stretch daily (after your muscles are warm)
Start/continue a strength training regimen
Cut back or eliminate any carbonated drinks (pop), drink a good amount of water daily
Mental
Know your sport, ask coaches what you can work on
Attend pre-tryout clinics, camps, and Green Days

Work on commitment and dedication - find what drives you toward success
