It’s only the beginning of Logan Cooper’s junior year at Agooza High School, and he’s already got it all: a group of close friends and a loving family, good grades in school—well, all except for Algebra II—and a beautiful, stylish new girlfriend named Hailey Zakaryan, whose wardrobe would put Paris Hilton to shame. To boot, he’s a starting wide receiver on the varsity football team, playing alongside his two friends Jaxson Diaz and Steven Tanaka. Indeed, everything about his junior year is on the up and up.

But when a new girl enrolls at Agooza from neighboring Danbury Park, Logan’s whole world seems to turn upside down: In truth, Sammy Lyons is one of the most genuine, thoughtful, and enchantingly quirky girls he’s ever met, and soon after befriending her, he finds himself falling for her. As if crushing on two girls at once isn’t enough of a conundrum, Hailey and Sammy have also hit it off, their friendship sparking an intricate, triangular web the likes of which bewilders Logan to no end. And with the homecoming dance approaching, he’ll need to decide which girl is right for him—without destroying his relationship with either one of them!
