Train Travel

We chose to travel by train to reduce the impact on climate change.

Overnight from Las Vegas, NM to Los Angeles. Transferred to Amtrak Coast Starlight overnight from LA to Seattle.

From Seattle, we took the ferry to Friday Harbor in the San Juan Islands. We also drove around the Olympic penninsula, visiting Hoh Rain Forest and a beach on the Pacific ocean. We also drove around Mount Rainier to Vancouver, WA.

From Portland, OR, we took the overnight train to LA, where we visited Huck, then returned to Las Vegas, NM.
