What are the booking and cancellation policies?

If you cannot keep your appointment, you must change or cancel your appointment 24 hours prior to your appointment to avoid cancellation fees. All no-show appointments will be charged in full.

Do you accept walk-in clients?

Unfortunately, we don't accept walk-in. We are by appointment only setting. Please call 509-868-4335 to book an appointment or book online.

Can I get a massage when I feel sick?

No. In fact, receiving a massage when you are sick will make you feel worse. Never book an appointment when you feel sick or are still contagious. You won't be charged for cancellation due to the sickness.

What is a full-body massage?

A full-body massage usually includes your neck, shoulders, back, glutes (buttocks), upper and lower legs, arms, hands, and feet. Sometimes, it also includes the pecs area (Pectoral muscles), which is the area below your collar bones and above your breast, upon your needs/request.

What Add-On services do you have?

Our add-on services include aromatherapy, full-body dry brush exfoliation, Himalayan salt scrub for hands or feet, and CBD butter for target areas. You will see the add-on menu after you fill out your contact info on MassageBook's booking process.

What are the prices of the add-ons?

  • Full-body dry brushing $15

  • Full-body dry brushing with your own brush $5 (you bring your own dry brush, and we do the job)

  • Himalayan Salt Scrub for Hands or Feet $10

  • Aromatherapy $5

  • CBD butter for target areas $15

What does dry brushing do?

Dry brushing exfoliates your skin and stimulates blood circulation of the skin. It removes dead skin cells and improves skin health.

Do you reuse a dry brush between clients?

No. We don't reuse dry brushes between clients. The dry brush used in your service will be given to you when the service ends. You can bring the dry brush back for your future services with lower rate of the dry brushing add-on.

What does Himalayan Salt Scrub do?

Himalayan salt scrub is a great exfoliator to smooth rough skin areas, such as feet, elbows, knees, and hands. It has antiseptic and mineral-rich properties that encourage detoxification.

What is CBD?

CBD (Cannabidiol) is a non-psychoactive compound from cannabis plants.

What is CBD Isolate?

CBD Isolate is the pure form of CBD without any other compounds of cannabis plant. Our products contains Hemp CBD Isolate, which means the CBD Isolate is derived from hemp plants.

Does CBD massage get me high?

No, CBD massage does NOT get you "high" because, according to the reports from our suppliers, the level of delta-9-THC in our products is none detected.

How much CBD oil do you use for a massage?

The CBD massage oil used in our services contains 500 mg of CBD per ounce massage oil.

What are the differences between hemp and marijuana?

Both hemp and marijuana are cannabis plants having CBD and THC. The main difference is the amount of THC that decides their legality. Hemp has 0.3% or less THC, but marijuana has 5% to 20 % of THC on average.
