A brand new sundeck overlooking the pool was built in 2024. There is a grill for guests to use, as well as tables to enjoy some outdoor meals.

The outdoor heated pool with a connected baby pool has many lounge chairs for relaxing. Please follow the rules posted in the pool area. Only guests listed on the lease are permitted in the pool area. The pool is open from 10 am to 6 pm through the end of June. In July and August, the pool is open until 8 pm. Please be aware that there is NO LIFEGUARD on duty. Children under 18 must be accompanied by an adult. No diving please!

For your convenience, there is an outdoor shower located near the pool. There is also a hose to wash off your feet and beach items. Please shower before entering the pool area.

There is a lockbox located outside our unit which contains the key. You will be given the code the day of your arrival. Check in is at 2:00 pm. At the end of your vacation, please put the key back in the box. Check out is 10:00 am.

There is a coin operated laundry room beside the pool with both washers and dryers. Each cycle costs $2.00 in quarters. Please do not hang any towels or swimsuits over the railings outside.

The city of Wildwood enforces trash and recycling regulations. There are two trash cans under the kitchen sink. Please be sure to separate your trash from any recyclables (bottles, cans, paper, and cardboard). Outside trash and recycling cans are located behind the building on the 22nd Street side.
