Who Are We?

Starting from very humble beginnings, the owners, Ubaldo Campos, Angel Perez, alongside Rosa Maria Perez and Maria Cortes, took their familial roots and intertwined their past experiences in kitchens and bakeries from around New York. Each dish represents the memories and experiences of the owners who later came together as a family to share their love for cooking and baking, as well as provide common necessities to the local Middletown community. 

An essential part of the journey was our late supporter of La Morenita Market, Andrea Gonzalez, a proud grandmother and a hard-working mother to two of the owners. Andrea raised Angel Perez and Rosa Maria with many of the dishes currently on our menu, as well as having worked in La Morenita herself, assisting in the kitchen. Andrea is only one of many who have given their blessing to our cooking and baking methods, which are authentic to Puebla cuisine. 

Our goal is to always provide the best service while staying true to our roots of family, kindness, and passion for what we love to do.
