Located in the heart of Tivoli’s medieval historic center, our accommodation takes its name from the archaeological site located just across the square. Thanks to its strategic location, you can easily reach on foot, in just a few minutes, the city’s two magnificent villas — Villa d’Este and Villa Gregoriana — as well as other cultural attractions, shops, and restaurants.

The property is situated on the upper floors of an old building and is accessible only via stairs. It features a double room with private bathroom and a studio with kitchenette, as well as a panoramic terrace offering a stunning view over the city and unforgettable sunsets.

Guests are provided with a free permit for access to the Limited Traffic Zone (ZTL), allowing them to drive right up to the building to easily load and unload their luggage. A dedicated parking space is also available.

Upon arrival, guests will receive a city map highlighting all major points of interest and a welcome kit.
