(2025.01.12.) Dr. Jiyong Park received a certificate of commendation at the Incheon Semiconductor Forum Expert Seminar for his contributions to fostering and advancing the semiconductor industry.

(2025.01.10.) Master's student Jaebeom Lee received the Outstanding Paper Award for Volume 31, Issue 4 of the Microelectronics and Packaging Journal. 

(2024.12.20.)Dr. Jiyong Park has been recognized with the Excellence in Teaching Award for his outstanding contributions as a faculty member at UST.

(2024.11.13.) Dr. Jiyong Park, Principal Researcher at the Korea Institute of Industrial Technology, was awarded the Chairman's Commendation from the National Research Council of Science and Technology in the "Industry-Academia-Research Contributors" category at the "2024 Mechanical Engineering Day" event.
